13 Prime Steak is a locally owned and operated prime steakhouse featuring American Regional Cuisine. Our 5000 square foot restaurant features an eclectic dining room, a display kitchen, a 50 seat private dining room, and a 16-seat steampunk inspired bar featuring signature craft cocktails.
Our restaurant is Chef driven. We focus on freshly prepared house-made recipes and highest quality ingredients. We serve Certified Angus Prime Beef, wet and dry aged., corn-fed finished, from the Mid-West. We want our guests to have a memorable dining experience from the minute they walk into the restaurant, to the time they leave. John knew that the restaurant he created had to be comparable, if not better, than the restaurants he enjoys when he and his wife, Falina, travel. Knowing this, John teamed up with long-time friend and Executive Chef, Tommy Chavez, who has owned and operated successful restaurants over the last 25 years and is now part of the 13 Prime Steak team. Both John and Chef Tommy have worked together in the past opening multi-themed restaurants and food outlets for Indian Gaming Casinos. Together, this is a new venture, however, this team is not new to the restaurant industry. John and Chef Tommy have elevated the local restaurant scene.
